I'm Harman Johar.

I'm the Lead AI Architect and Enablement Lead at Accenture. My job is to help teams figure out what AI can actually do for them, then build the systems that make it real.

Most people are still asking what AI can do for them. I'm more interested in what they can build with it. That's the gap I spend my time in, and it's the idea behind almost everything on this site.

I think of AI as a second layer on top of whatever you're already good at, not a replacement for it. The people getting the most out of it right now aren't the ones who know the most prompts. They're the ones who treat it as a force multiplier for the judgment and experience they already have.

Day to day at Accenture, that means designing AI workflows for enterprise teams and helping them integrate it successfully and in a measurable manner.

I also build in public. The tools section of this site is a running library of things I've put together, mostly outside of work hours, because the fastest way to actually understand a capability is to ship something with it.

I do similar work, hands on, for a nonprofit focused on emergency preparedness. Image generation, reporting, analytics, the operational side of AI rather than the strategy slides.

Before any of this, I spent close to a decade building things in food tech and agtech, including a company that raised funding on national television. That chapter taught me how to carry an idea from nothing to something real. It turns out that's the same skill this work demands now. Just a different toolkit.
